PCB Assembly:
Printed Circuit Board Assembly is a process requiring both innovative manufacturing concepts and flexible technology. At ViaWorld Technology, our PCB assembly process has been designed to accommodate all types of printed circuit boards, whether they be small, large, single-sided, double-sided, thin, thick, layered, or even requiring mixed technology. We know that successful PCB assembly requires explicit attention to detail and a broad understanding of how your PCB design needs to function.
SMT Assembly - Surface Mount Technology is our mainstay of business at ViaWorld utilizing our state-of-the-art Surface Mount Process. Nearly all jobs quoted require surface mount technology, often in combination with conventional through hole components.
Once the board is completed, it then goes through our rigorous testing and/or inspection phase. The result is a printed circuit board assembly that has been manufactured flawlessly according to the standards our customers dictate.

Electro Mechanical System Assembly:
ViaWorld has dedicated customer specific cells for performing final product assembly which includes the assembly and integration of chassis, power supplies, cables, PCBs along with system configuration, functional test, and burn-in services.
This service allows ViaWorld to customize assembly programs for specific customer requirements from board assembly to complete turnkey dock-to-stock programs.

Project Management:
Each job is assigned a Project Manager who is responsible to the customer for all aspects of a job from job definition to shipment, for quality, management and status reporting for customer satisfaction.
The Project Engineer is the first line point of contact with the customer. He is responsible for interpretation of customer documentation during the initial project review, preparation of assembly procedures/manuals, the establishment of inspection and testing requirements, tracking job status, and resolving problems. His responsibility ends at final packaging and shipping. ViaWorld Project Managers are carefully screened and reflect a high level of experience and education in all manufacturing disciplines.

Prototype:
ViaWorld recognizes there is a difference in serving a customer's prototype and pre-production needs versus meeting larger volume production requirements.
At the prototype and pre- productions stages, products are typically in a state of on-going development that requires the ability to respond to design changes while still meeting demanding performance and schedule requirements.
